Sweet Pidi kozhukattai is one of my favorite snack which is usually prepared during Vinayagar chathurthi. It makes a great evening snack too, my MIL makes this often and this summer during our vacation to India we had quite a lot. She makes many varieties and sometimes include sesame seeds in her sweet version.
Rice flour -1 cup, Oil -1 tsp, Jaggery – 1 cup, Coconut -1 cup grated, Cardamom powder grated, Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp, Ghee -1 tsp.
